Very Detailed Wash Day Routine (Start to Finish) | Straight to Curly | Type 4 Natural Hair
It's officially been ONE YEAR since my big chop and today I'm showing you my type 4 natural hair wash day routine; from a 3 week old silk press, straight to curly. Aside from the pre-poo, this wash day routine has been proven to help me grow longer, thicker and healthier shoulder-length natural hair in just one year.
Keep in mind, my hair wasn't even an inch long a year ago (http://bit.ly/BigChop2017) and I've been using this shampoo and conditioner (non-sponsored) since I chop'd. I've tried many products, but I know that these have helped me immensely with moisture and growth retention. For the weeks that I find my scalp is itchy and I have a lot of product build up on my hair, I simply substitute the first round shampoo to a clarifying shampoo (I use Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle). Then I'll follow up with the Camille Rose Sweet Ginger for the second shampoo and seal with a conditioner.
♡♡ I know my last few videos have taken place in my bathroom, and I plan to go back to my backdrops SOON, but if you like the intimate set-up we have going, let me know in the comment section below. With my crazy schedule it's much easier for me to film as I'm actually getting ready for my day/or bed, and naturally, I get ready in my bathroom.♡♡
I hope you find this video helpful - If so, thumbs it UP.
